By purchasing a session (single or multiple), you agree to the terms outlined below. This agreement applies to all coaching services provided by Nia Renee | How To Love A Battered Woman LLC, focused on narcissistic abuse recovery, relationship healing, and personal empowerment.
Session Details
- Each session lasts 50 minutes and is conducted via Zoom.
- All sessions must be used within 60 days, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Support between sessions is available via email for brief check-ins. Extensive communication may require a scheduled session.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- No refunds are available.
- You may reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up, the session will count toward your package total and/or the single session will need to be repurchased.
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential. Both parties agree to maintain the privacy of any personal details disclosed. Please note that this is a coaching service, and no mental health services will be provided. Nia Renee is a Certified Relationship Coach accredited by the International Association of Professions (IAP) Career College, not a licensed therapist or counselor.
Client Responsibilities
- Coaching is a collaborative process focused on achieving your goals.
- You agree to actively participate in sessions and complete any recommended tasks or exercises between sessions to maximize the benefits of coaching.
- You acknowledge that coaching is not therapy or a substitute for licensed mental health care. If needed, you are responsible for seeking professional psychological or medical assistance.
Limitation of Liability
While the coach commits to offering guidance and support, you are solely responsible for implementing strategies and making decisions related to your life. The coach is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your actions.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be resolved in Texas courts.
